Qualified Trainer & Experienced Social Care Manager
I started working in social care, social inclusion and adult education in 2004. I have always believed in education as a path to inclusion and I love to create supportive and effective learning environments that can give people life-changing opportunities.
I have worked with people experiencing marginalisation and social exclusion in a variety of settings and my strongest belief is that everyone has something unique to give and contribute, and society is best when people are empowered to do that.
I started working with workplaces becuase I realised how much application a knowledge of the supportive relationship, managing mental health and community development had in modern businesses that have recognised the value of a culture that promotes employee wellbeing.
My Training & Coaching Philosophy

The most wonderful and gratifying experience for teachers, coaches, support workers is seeing those you work with overcome significant challenges and achieve the most amazing things.
My coaching and training philosophy centres around what I learned about change and growth “against the odds” – working with people experiencing marginalisation, distress and the toughest of social set-backs. I believe everyone has real, inherent value in society and and important and unique contribution to make, and discovering, realising and celebrating that contribution is key to experiencing and returning to a state of thriving.
